Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT field services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with healthcare IT systems, databases, and networking.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Availability: Available at varying hours and days as needed.
