Tidelands Health Manager ITS Field Services in Georgetown, South Carolina

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT field services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with healthcare IT systems, databases, and networking.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.

  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Availability: Available at varying hours and days as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) required to stand, sit, and walk; frequently to use hands, fingers; and frequently to talk or hear.
